At Argos Fragrances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase; therefore, we offer returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our artisanal scents, we cannot accept returns for items that have been sprayed or removed from their original cellophane wrapping.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully place the original, unopened fragrance bottle in its signature box and pack it into a sturdy shipping carton with adequate protective padding.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the seal is intact, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
